CITP is not working with an Axon HD or HD Pro Last updated Save as PDF Symptoms/Issue CITP between a Hog 4 console and Axon HD or Axon HD Pro is not working. Description/Explanation of Issue The Hog does not have a direct connection to the FixtureNet network. Fix/Solution Confirm the console being used has a direct connection to the FixtureNet Network. If using an external DP 8000 and the console's FixtureNet is not being used, try to connect the console to the FixtureNet network Make sure the media folders and files on the Axon do not have a value of zero. Set the value of the folder to any number between 1 and 255 Restart CITP on Axon Log off the show on the console Launch the show on the console
