Cannot backup show file in Hog 4 PC
Symptoms/Issue
Hog 4 PC cannot backup the show file
Description/Explanation of Issue
The current Window's user's name has a non-English character in it. Hog 4 OS does not support non-English characters.
Fix/Solution
Create a new user on the computer with a name that only has English characters or change the current username to only have English characters
