Cannot detect widget in Hog 4 PC

Symptoms/Issue

Widget is not detected in the DMX output tab of Processor settings

Description/Explanation of Issue

1. Firewall is turned on
2. The device is not recognized by the computer

Fix/Solution

1.  Turn off the firewall and restart the computer
2.  Delete unknown device from device manager and then re-install Hog 4 PC to get the driver back
   1. If this does not work do the following
      1. Open device manager
      2. Right click on the device
      3. Choose properties
      4. Navigate to details
      5. Choose update
      6. Browse for a driver
      7. Click on "Let me pick from a list"
      8. Choose High End
      9. Choose the product you are trying to connect to like External Super Widget or External Widget
      10. Reboot the computer
      11. If this still does not work, contact your HES dealer to start the repair process.
