DMX is intermittent from Hog 4 PC
Symptoms/Issue
When running Hog 4 PC, instruments will flash in and out randomly. The lights on the widget will also flash instead of be steady.
Description/Explanation of Issue
- Firewall is not turned off
- Set User Account Control at its lowest setting
- Not running 4PC as an administrator
- ArtNet is turned on when not in use
Fix/Solution
- Turn off Windows Firewall
- Run the program as an Administrator
- Set the User Account Control to its lowest setting
- Turn off ArtNet outputs that are not in use
- Go through the likely causes and solutions with the user.
