Graphics Engine outputs not found on Axon HD and Axon HD Pro

Symptoms/Issue

Axon HD & Axon HD Pro will boot up and give a message saying "Graphics Engine outputs not found"

Description/Explanation of Issue

There is only a monitor plugged into the CMA.

Fix/Solution

1. Attach an output to the Display Port
2. Reboot the Axon
