Halcyon Silent Broken Animation Sensor

Issue

Halcyon Silent Animation Rotate sensor (labeled "FLAR") can break after transportation. Please contact HES/ETC Service to get more information.

Explanation of Issue

The animation sensor could break due to a collision with the screw on the head cover. The screw makes contact with the white multi-pin connector at the back of the sensor. After repeated vibration or impact to the head cover the connector soldier joints wear down and eventually break off. It is not a very common occurrence as these fixture are primarily in fixed installations, but this could be an issue if units are transported.

Serial numbers 727025090001-0100 will have a connector located at the front preventing the issue from occurring.
