Halcyon Gobo Color Correction Explanation

The glass that is used for the gobos affects some of the fixture’s output color temperature and this reduces the color temperature.

   To help raise the temperature we added CTB coloring to the gobo glass.  As this may not be enough of an adjustment for some customers, we added a new feature. The CTB filter on the color wheel goes into the beam whenever a gobo is selected and if the color wheel is not being used.

   In the Settings menu, Gobo Color Correction and be turned on or off. The default setting for Gobo Color Correction on  Ultra Bright fixtures is Off.  The default setting for Gobo Color Correction on High Fidelity fixtures is On.  If the setting is changed from on to off or vice versa, be sure to press the enter button to confirm the change.
