Head Cover Safety Cable Hook Position Change on Lonestar

Safety cable could possibly damage components on the nearby PCB's.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The safety cable could come in contact with components of the PCB as in this picture:
Fix/Solution
- Move the safety cable hook to new location on both sides of the head as in the pictures below:
