Lonestar not homing pan correctly

Symptoms/Issue

When the fixture is homing, the pan will not be fifty-fifty after homing and will display a pan course error.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The fixture is not reading the pan sensor in the bottom of the yoke arm assembly.  The space between the sensor and the magnet is too far apart to be read.  Decreasing the space between the sensor and the magnet will help the sensor read the correct position.

Fix/Solution

  1. Remove both yoke arm covers (photo documentation attached below)
  2. Remove four yoke covers
  3. Loosen two screws (left: front/back) that hold the pan sensor plate
  4. Once the pan sensor plate is loose, push towards the base of fixture on that side of the plate and re-tighten the two screws
  5. Then repeat steps 3+4 for the right side of the pan plate
  6. Test homing function before replacing all yoke arm covers.
  7. See attachment
