This applies to the following fixtures:
- SolaSpot 1000
- SolaSpot 3000
When using sACN or ArtNet directly to a fixture, the fixture might need a different IP address to work properly on the network.
Steps to Solution
- Navigate in the menu to "Set"
- Navigate to "Service Setting"
- Enter the service pin - 50
- To change the IP address select "Ethernet IP"
- To change the netmask, "select Ether MaskIP"
