Lamp will not strike

Description/Explanation of Issue

One of the main fans to the lamp is not spinning

Fix/Solution

1. Remove both head covers
2. Check main fans to see if the move, by using your hands to fan
3. If fan does not move, check for pieces of glass in the fan
4. If there is glass, remove glass and check to see if fan moves
5. Apply power to the fixture to make sure fans are spinning.
6. Apply DMX to check and see if the lamp strikes
7. If the lamp comes on, power down the unit and replace head covers.
