None of the menu buttons work

Description/Explanation of Issue

Could be faulty display batteries

Fix/Solution

1. Access display batteries by removing the base side covers and loosening the screw on both sides of the display 
2. Tilt display forward and disconnect the battery connector on the display (black and red wires coming out of the batter holder)
3. Power on the fixture and test the menu.
4. If the menu buttons work then replace the 4x rechargeable AA batteries.
