Where are Pharos Express Custom Fixtures Stored?

Issue

In certain situations a custom fixture may be required for Pharos Express projects. 

Fixture Requests

Requests for custom fixture should be made directly to the ETC Technical Services team. 
Email service@etcconnect.com for requests, be sure to include a full copy of the DMX attribute table, manufacture name, fixture model, needed mode, and the date by which you need a completed profile. 

Requests should be made at least a week in advanced. 

Adding a Custom Fixture to Express 

Once a custom fixture request had been fulfilled, you'll receive an email with an attached .txt file. 
Place the text file in your local Pharos Express directory

On Windows (by default) this folder is located:
C:\Documents\Pharos Controls\Express\Fixtures

On Mac (by default) this folder is located: 
~/Documents/Pharos Controls/Express/Fixtures

Downloaded  Fixtures

Fixtures that are downloaded from the fixture cloud are stored in the App data folder.

On Windows (by default) this folder is located: 
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Pharos Controls\Express\downloads\fixtures

On Mac (by default) this folder is located: 
~/Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Pharos Controls/Express/downloads/fixtures

*Note that is might be necessary to use the 'Go to Folder' function on MacOS devices to navigate to this directory.
