RAYN Touch Controller not seeing USB drive

Issue

A RAYNTouch Controller is not recognizing a USB drive.

Explanation of Issue

This can happen when you are trying to load a file from USB, like Import Configuration File or Firmware Upgrade.

Solution

Try writing a file to the drive, like Export Sensors CFG file. Then try a read command like Import Configuration File.
