Syrcadia not seeing RDM devices

Syrcadia is not seeing RDM devices.

Description/Explanation of Issue

This is usually caused by the firewall settings in you PC not allowing RDM discovery to pass.

Fix/Solution

1. Go to windows menu and type Firewall
2. Click on Windows Defender Firewall.
3. Click on "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall"
4. Make sure Public is checked for Syrcadia, This will disable the firewall for Syrcadia for Public allowing RDM discovery to pass.

Note: If you have third party firewalls like Norton, AVG, McAffee,etc. You will have to disable there as well.
