Description Regarding Lens Tubes and Shutter Barrels

With the release of XDLT lens tubes, there are some shape and compatibility changes that need to be taken into account.
The XDLT lens tubes are of a different diameter and thus cannot fit into a Standard or EDLT shutter barrel.
In turn, Standard and EDLT lens tubes cannot fit into an XDLT shutter barrel.

Description Regarding Shutter Barrels and Light Engines

It is possible to fit the newer XDLT shutter barrel fit onto the Source 4 LED S1/S2 Light Engines, and vice versa.
This allows an XDLT lens tube to be used with a Source 4 LED S1 or S2 fixture.
However, the retaining screw will need to be changed to prevent the shutter barrel from falling out during rotation.
Reference the table below to make sure you have the correct shutter barrel screw.

CAUTION: Installing an XDLT shutter barrel on a Source 4 Incadescent light engine is NOT RECOMMENDED as the higher temperatures may damage the XDLT shutter barrel and will result in a voided warranty.
