What is Saved to a Showfile Vs Console?

Some settings are stored on the console, some settings are stored in a show file, this article is intended to show where and how these functions are stored.

Settings stored on the console will persist through different show files loaded onto that desk, but will not carry over to another desk.
Settings stored to the show file will not be the same when a new or different show file is loaded.

When performing a full system restore, It is important to know console settings will be set back to default settings.
