ETC Believes in the Right to Repair

Even with ETC's industry-leading warranties and reputation for quality, products can fail, break, or be damaged over time. With the guides below, we want to help you find part numbers and learn to repair your own equipment, saving you time and money and getting you up and running again.

But first, the obligatory disclaimers:

All repairs are performed at your own risk. Be aware that ETC and its Affiliates are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by service of our products by anyone other than us or our authorized service providers, and such damage is excluded from the product’s warranty.

For your safety:

  • Disconnect all products from mains electricity before servicing

  • Wait at least 1 hour for the capacitors in the power supply to discharge

  • Only proceed with a repair if you feel comfortable doing so

I understand, take me to the guides!
