Dimmer Doubling DD (Multiplexing) sets Threshold to 50%

Problem:

When dimmers are set to a mode of DD (Dimmer Doubled), the Threshold becomes 50%.  It can be changed back to normal, but happens every time.

Answer:

This is a bug in CEM software version 3.0.  It is fixed in version 3.1.  

Note: The CEM will need to come in for repair for the upgrade, all controllers will have to be updated to the same version of code. Upgrades are done on a limited basis due to chip availability.
