Garibaldi Pro Has No Devices
Issue
I just installed the Garibaldi Pro software but there are no devices in the database.
Explanation of Issue
On the first install of the Garibaldi Pro software, you must update the database to get the list of current products. This will require Internet access.
Fix/Solution
- Open the Garibaldi Pro software and select either New Project Quick Start or New Blank Project.
- Click on the Tools drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the window.
- Select Update Database.
