PCP Mk 2 v4.1.0 "Web Interface" Setting Does Not Enable WebUI

Issue

In PCP Mk2 software version 4.1.0, there is a Web Interface toggle under Network Settings. However, when this is set to ON, connecting to the IP of the device does not connect you to a web interface.

Explanation of Issue

PCP Mk2 4.1.0 implements Concert support for sending and retrieving configurations, which uses part of the web UI engine under the hood. Disabling the Web Interface setting will disable Concert access. A full web UI is planned for a subsequent software update, but as of 4.1.0 is not implemented.

NOTE: This behavior occurs after power cycling the PCP Mk2. Users may observe sending/retrieving configurations in Concert still works after immediately disabling the Web Interface.
