All LEDs Blinking on Echo DMX Scene Controller

Symptoms/Issue

All LEDs - power, DMX in, DMX out - are blinking on the Echo DMX Scene Controller (EDMXC).

Description/Explanation of Issue

There are two blink patterns that involve all 3 LEDs on the EDMXC.

  • 2 blinks then a pause: unit is waiting for firmware or has an error
  • 3 blinks then a pause: unit is loading firmware

Fix/Solution

If you are currently loading firmware, there is no need to do anything. Once the LEDs finish blinking, the update is complete.

If you are not currently loading firmware and it is the 2 blink pattern, try resetting the unit.

If resetting the unit does not work or are seeing the 3 blink pattern, load firmware to the unit.
