Thank you for taking advantage of ETC's loaner program. The steps below will guide you through setting up your new loaner and prepping your unit to ship for repair. If you run into any issues while following the setup process, please contact ETC Technical Services and hold off on sending your unit in (providing it's still functional enough to get by) until we can resolve the issue.

All Unison processors except the CMd require an architectural configuration to function. The CMd requires a dimming configuration, which must be set up manually. |
 |
Make sure to have a working 3.5" HD floppy disk before you begin. If there is not one in the processor's disk drive, one reliable source is floppydisk.com. |
 |
Ensure that power to the rack is disconnected before removing any components. Failure to do so can result in damage to your equipment or personal injury. |
Identifying your Processor
This article will direct you through how to identify which kind of legacy Unison processor you have, which will inform which guide below to use.
Installing the Loaner
After identifying your processor, open the appropriate guide from the list below and follow the directions there. If you have any trouble in setting it up, contact ETC Technical Services.
