Mosaic Designer 2 - Six Eye Required Updates

Issue

In March of 2026 an update was pushed by our cloud services host. As a result of this change, any Mosaic controller that is subscribed to cloud based services via SixEye or via Pharos cloud will lose cloud connectivity if the controller's firmware is not updated. 

Controller's that lose cloud connectivity will continue to output and function, but will not  be accessible remotely. 
A software update will be required to restore cloud functionality.  

Customers who are subscribed to Six Eye Cloud or Pharos Cloud will be contacted directly with instructions on how to mitigate this issue.

What Versions of Mosaic are affected? 

Mosaic Designer versions 2.7 through 2.16 are affected by this. 
New builds of Mosaic Designer will be published in early April 2026. 
These builds are as follows:

• 2.15.4 
• 2.14.8 
• 2.13.6 
• 2.12.3 
• 2.11.2 
• 2.10.2 
• 2.9.4 
• 2.8.7 
• 2.7.10 

The software updates will be available on ETC's software hub once released.
