P-LCD Will Not Power Over LON

Symptoms/Issue

Station will not power on over LON, but will function over POE.

Fix/Solution

1. Check the fuse on the LCD's PCB.
2. There is a spare on P-TS7 hardware, there is not a spare on P-LCD.
