How do I know what type of backbox I have for my Paradigm wall-mount touchscreen?

Description

Identifier #1 : The Surface Mount Backbox has an extra lip on the top lid, while the Flush Mount Backbox is completely flat.

Identifier #2 : The Flush Mount Backbox includes two length screws. M4 = mounting the collar and M3 = depth adjustment. The Surface Mount Backbox only include one set of length screws (M4). You cannot adjust the depth of the collar in a Surface Mount Backbox.
