ColorSource 20 or 40 AV Screen is Upside Down

Symptoms

LCD is being displayed upside down

Explanation of Issue

The reason the screen appears flipped or upside down is due to the display misreading the voltage during boot. This could be caused by a loose connection with the connector from the power supply and the console. Because of this misreading, the screen reverses its display

Fix/Solution

1. Power the console off for at least 1-2 minutes
2. Power the console back on and make sure the plug is securely connected to the console
3. Contact ETC Technical Services if the issue persists after 2-3 attempts
