Emphasis Displays Only the Emphasis and Data Mode

If you launch Emphasis and all only see the Emphasis and Data buttons, should start a new show, then log out of Emphasis and then log back in. 

At this point, you will see all of the available buttons like: CAD, Data, Presentation, and so on.  Customers may also see this issue in the off-line editor.
