Apex Console does not finish powering off
Symptoms/Issue
After shutting down an Apex console using the Power Off command, the facepanel keys, encoders and screens remain backlit. The console can be started by using the front power button, but it does not completely Power Off until power is removed by switching off the breaker on the back of the console.
When the console is power-cycled, it does not report an error of an Improper Shutdown.
The issue is usually not repeatable. After the console has been power-cycled, it reliably completes shutdown / Power Off.
Description/Explanation of Issue
ETC are investigating the root cause of this issue. In order to diagnose further, ETC will need the Serial Number of the console and will need to look at logs from the console.
