Ion Xe, Ion Xe 20, Ion Xe RPU Will Not Output Alert Sounds to External Speakers

Symptoms/Issue

Element 2, Ion Xe, Ion Xe 20, Ion Xe RPU, and Gio @5 do not have a speaker built in and require the use of external speakers.

If sounds are enabled in Setup>Device Settings>Face Panel, but the external speakers still do not make sound, please contact ETC Technical Services.
