Eos RPU3 Sometimes Initializes Three Times Before Booting

Symptoms/Issue

After the console is unplugged, or turned off using the hard power switch on the rear, the blue light in the power switch turns on when power is applied.  When the power button is pressed, the console's face panel will go through its startup procedure three times before booting.  Console also may lose time and date information.  

Description/Explanation of Issue

The CMOS battery is low or dead.

Fix/Solution

Replace battery with BT161.  

NOTE: The console will start up three times the first time you power it up after replacing the battery.
