Issue
When attempting to configure ArcSystem RDM fixtures using Eos Family Software v2.9.2 or lower, the minimum level parameter will show as "Not Decoded."
Explanation of Issue
In version 2.9.2 and below, Eos is not able to interpret this particular parameter, and so cannot make a change to the Minimum Level for ArcSystem Fixtures.
Solution
Please update your Eos family software to v3.0.0 or higher if you are able. If not, please consider using Net3 Concert v4.0.2 or higher on your console or a PC to configure the fixtures. This program will allow the Minimum Level Parameter to be changed.
