In v2.9.1 and previous Backup Show Archive in the shell only includes files with extension .esf
Symptoms/Issue
When using the "Backup Show Archive" button in the Eos Shell, only showfiles with the extension .esf are saved
Description/Explanation of Issue
Eos v2.9.0 introduced a new file format, .esf2 which uses extra compression to make smaller showfiles. Unfortunately, the Shell > Maintenance > Backup Show Archive tool was not updated to include files with the .esf2 extension. This was corrected with Eos v2.9.3.
Fix/Solution
Install Eos v2.9.2+, then navigate to Shell > Maintenance and use the Backup Show Archive tool there.
Alternatively, files can be transferred using the File Manager in Shell > Maintenance > File Manager
