Sending Spaces in UDP Strings from Eos requires an Underscore
Description
When sending a UDP String from Eos to another device, such as Paradigm, there may be times when you have to send a space character.
An example of this would be when you are Activating a Preset in Paradigm, but the name of the Preset has a space in it (e.g. "Preset 1").
To send this string properly from Eos, you will want to include an underscore in place of a space. (e.g. "Preset_1").
The receiving device should then be able to parse this string properly and continue from there.
