What Does it Mean if my Color Picker is Black?
Symptoms/Issue
Whenever I try to open the color picker, the color doesn't show any colors. It is just dark.
Description/Explanation of Issue
You likely do not have a fixture library installed.
Fix/Solution
- Tap [Live], then tap [About]
- Check the line that says "Fixture Library Version:"
- If there is nothing listed for "Fixture Library Version", there is no fixture library installed.
- Download and install the most recent fixture library from the link below OR reinstall the most recent version of software.
