ArcSystem Fixtures do not Dim Out Of Box

Symptoms/Issue

After initial installation and power up of an ArcSystem fixture, that fixture will not dim and stays at full brightness.

Description/Explanation of Issue

ArcSystem fixtures are set at the factory to have a minimum level of 100%. This is intended to allow an EC to verify fixture operation without needing to configure it.

Fix/Solution

1. For RDM fixtures, use Net3 Concert to set the minimum level of the fixture to a level lower than 100%.
2. For ArcMesh fixtures, use the ArcMesh Commissioning Tool and software to assign the correct minimum level.
