ArcSystem RDM Fixture Goes To Full After Update
Symptoms/Issue
After updating an ArcSystem RDM fixture running software 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 or higher, the fixture goes to full.
Description/Explanation of Issue
ArcSystem RDM software 1.0.1 changed the default minimum output level to 100% to match the behavior of the ArcMesh version of the fixtures. As a result, if the fixture is updated beyond 1.0.0, it will go to full, and the minimum level must be reduced via its RDM settings in order to regain control of the fixture.
