Symptoms/Issue
I am installing a ColorSource fixtures and when powered up its UI LCD reads 'BRn'.
Description/Explanation of Issue
This is burn mode, a test mode from the factory.
Fix/Solution
The fixture should exit this mode once DMX is applied for the first time. Apply DMX and cycle power to the fixture. If it does not exit burn mode, contact ETC Technical Services.
