Issue
Fixture fails to downgrade below v1.4.1.4 and either reports: “This fixture contains an array hardware revision that does not support firmware versions earlier than 1.4.1.4. Downgrades are not allowed” or "No Bundle".
OR
A fixture running 1.4.0 or earlier is reporting "array failure" right after replacing the array.
Explanation of Issue
Beginning in April 2026, there was a change made to the processor used in the arrays of Source 4 LED S3, Desire Fresnel, and Fos 4 Fresnel fixtures. Arrays with the new processors can only be used with v1.4.1.4 or later.
Solution
Update your fixture's software to v1.4.1.4 or higher via USB and then power cycle. After it reboots the fixture should be operational again. For instructions on how to do this, see the release notes for your fixture type:
