How to Update ETCPad to Version 2
How can I update my ETCpad from v1 to v2?
In order to update an ETCpad from version 1 to version 2, a reimage kit is required. Future updates will be available via Updaterator. ETCpad will need to be reimaged to version 2.0 before those future updates can be applied (when they become available).
To obtain a reimage kit, please contact technical support and have your ETCpad serial number ready.
The reimage kit is ETC Part Number 4250K1122.
