The error log in Net3 Concert is reporting errors that I know were resolved and/or errors that date back several months ago. How can I tell which errors still exist?
The Net3 Conductor in your system may be reporting stale errors to Net3 Concert. Until Net3 Conductor receives and acknowledgement from a device that an error has been resolved, Net3 Conductor will continue to report that error.
If you have already rebooted the devices with errors shown in Net3 Concert, you will need to also reboot Net3 Conductor. This reboot will clear the Net3 Conductor error log and populate itself with active errors only.
