ColorSource Relay Multiverse Receiver does not Complete Update
Symptoms
When attempting to update a ColorSource Relay Multiverse receiver (CSR-M), the power LED blinks Blue briefly then goes solid Cyan and does not complete the update.
Explanation of Issue
The CSR-M does not see the application code on the USB to complete the update. This could be due to a USB issue or a hardware issue with the CSR-M.
Solution
- Try an alternate FAT32 formatted USB drive with the update files on the root of the drive.
- Power cycle with the USB drive inserted 3-4 times with at least 30 seconds between attempts
- Contact ETC for RMA of the CSR-M
