How to Address an L86 Rack with Mixed EM64s and EM264s

Situation

I am using an EM64 and two EM264s in my touring rack. How do I address these processors? 

Explanation

The EM64 thumb wheel or jumpers will be set from 1-10 depending on the correlated DMX starting address. 

The EM264 has three thumb wheels and should be addressed to the first DMX address (1-512) of the beginning dimmer in its column.
