CEM+ Won't Connect to Concert But Will Connect to Updaterator

Symptoms/Issue

I can't see my CEM+ in Concert but I can see it in Updaterator.

Make sure that Updaterator or Dimstat are not running while Concert is open. If they are you will not be able to see your CEM+ in Concert.
