Newer CEM+ Will Not Load Configuration from Older or Upgraded Multi-Rack System
Explanation
Systems installed with CEM+ controllers running software prior to version 3.0 use an address for inter-rack communication that is different from those systems installed with CEM+ 3.0 or higher. This inter-rack communication address (multicast address) is not changed when a system's CEM+ software is upgraded to preserve existing functionality. However, when a loaner or a brand new CEM+ running version 3.0 or higher is installed in an existing multi-rack system that was previously running an older software version, it will not be able to retrieve or share the configuration until the mismatch in inter-rack communication has been resolved.
