Saving CEM+ Processor Configuration Files to a PC

Using the Sensor+ WebUI

1. Log in to any controller on the network as Power User
2. Go to the Configuration Tab on the left
3. Click on the File Transfer Icon
4. Right-click on "Sensor.rak"
5. Select " Save Target As"
6. Select Save As Type "All Files"
7. Save file to the location of your choice ***
8. Select "Save"
9. Do the same for the remaining 3 files (Preset.pre, Arch.rm, Panic.pan) 

Using a Modern Browser

1. Navigate to the IP of any rack in the group/Sensor.rak (i.e. 10.101.101.101/Sensor.rak)
   1. The fileserver in CEM+ is case sensitive. "sensor.rak" will result in a 404
   2. Chromium-based browsers will display the config source code. Firefox will show a blank page.
2. Right click empty space and select "Save (Page) As..."
3. Select " Save Target As"
4. Select Save As Type "All Files"
   1. If prompted to save as .rak.xml, etc, delete the .xml portion of the filename.
5. Save file to the location of your choice ***
6. Select "Save"
7. Do the same for the remaining 3 files (Preset.pre, Arch.rm, Panic.pan) 

***ETC Tech Services recommends that you create a folder labeled with the job number or job name. Save all four files to that folder.
