My Ride Thru Option Card is Not Lasting 10 Seconds

Ride Thru Option Cards on a Sensor Rack are meant to last 10 Seconds

Why is my Ride Thru option card turning off my rack prematurely?

Ride Thru Option Cards can hold your rack on for 10 seconds in event of a brown out type power loss.  However, if you have AF cards installed in your rack-that time decreases to 7 seconds.

If your Ride Thru Option card is not even allowing your rack to stay powered for 7 seconds, please contact Technical Support.
