Purpose of Panic Input on Sensor3 Panic Supply

Question

What is the purpose of the 'panic input' header on the Sensor3 Panic Supply? Do I need to have something landed there?

Answer

The 'panic input' header on the Sensor3 Panic Supply closes the loop between the Panic Supply and the external devices it puts into emergency. This run comes from the external device's panic output signal/indicator header back to the Panic Supply panic input header to indicate that the device has gone into panic mode, allowing the Panic Supply to reflect that state.

You do need to have a proper run landed on the panic input header for full indicator functionality of the Sensor3 Panic Supply. If there is no run, the system will still function and switch between panic and normal as expected, but you will not see the Panic Supply or remote station LEDs indicate that.
