Replaced CEM3 Backplane and now Echo Stations Do Not Function

Issue

The Backplane was recently replaced in my Sensor3 Dimming System.  Before the need for replacement the Echo Preset stations wired to it worked fine, but now with the new Backplane, the stations are powered on, but the rack does not respond to any presses.
