DP 8000 is constantly resetting in Hog 4 OS v3.9.0

Symptoms/Issue

External DP 8000 is constantly resetting.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The user has HTP set for a fader on a page. Inside the cuelist that is HTP, there are sub Intensity levels. This is a known bug in Hog 4 OS v3.9.0

Fix/Solution

1. Upgrade to v3.10.0 or greater. The issue was fixed in Hog 4 OS v3.10.0.
2. Remain on v3.9.0:
   1. Turn off HTP on the faders
   2. Do not have sub intensities on the HTP fader
   3. Turn off "leave in background" and "remember int values" in user preferences
3. Downgrade to v3.8.0 and below
   1. You will need to launch the show that has not been on v3.9.0
